Crew tools are currently in a request-access beta. Adding a boat from your profile is open to everyone; to run a crew, request access from the Team or Post pages and we'll be in touch. If you've been invited to a crew by a link, that works without the beta - just follow the link.
Responding to a race call
Crew members get a link per race - open it, mark yourself in or out, and the manager sees it immediately. Once the lineup is published you'll see your role.
